Which narratives dominate in the areas that are important to us? And what can narratives look like that enable a counter-narrative that is connectable for many? We will work on this together with you.

What is our story? From what perspective are we speaking – and who are we addressing? We help you to answer these and many other questions so that your communication is attractive, understandable and connectable for your target groups.
Interview and podium training

Insight into our projects
Impulse Academy
The Impuls Academy offers further training for politically active people: One-week intensive courses with experienced trainers for anyone who wants to deepen their skills and methods. Participants expand their personal repertoire and are supported in applying their knowledge in their organizations.
Together with our partner organization Humus we organized the first Impulse Academy in 2024. The second round took place in March 2025, with over 60 participants from numerous organizations in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. An inspiring week with lots of new know-how and networking across movements and countries.
Another Impulse Academy is to take place in 2026.
Strategic support for the climate movement
In February 2025, we organized an Austria-wide strategy conference together with partners from the climate movement, which was a great success with around 90 participants from 60 different organizations.
The focus was on exchange, networking and the development of joint strategies in the face of rapidly changing social and political conditions.
In the Austrian super election year 2024, we already accompanied numerous organizations of the Austrian climate movement in their strategic exchange.
Workshops and further training
We offer further education, training and consulting for political groups, activists, non-profit organizations and institutions – always individually tailored to your needs and resources.
Stay Grounded strategy conference
The international Stay Grounded network held its major strategy conference in Barcelona in July 2025 under the title “Beyond Aviation, Tourism and Capitalism”.
We supported this by co-facilitating a narrative and vision process as well as a workshop on the strategies of the organizations and movements represented.
Office & Resources
With our office in Vienna, we are creating a shared space for civil society initiatives. We currently share the coworking space with the online medium mosaic.
We also regularly make our premises and technical infrastructure available to other initiatives.
