How we support you
Strategy consulting
We help you to create visions, set realistic goals and achieve them with concrete measures.
Narrative development
Which narratives dominate in the areas that are important to you? And what might narratives look like that enable a counter-narrative many people can relate to? We’ll work on this together with you.
Framing, messaging & storytelling
What is our story? From what perspective are we speaking - and who are we addressing? We help answer exactly these kinds of questions so that your communication is engaging, understandable, and relatable to your target audiences.
Interview and podium training
It is not enough to have the better argument. Even if the facts are on our side. We teach techniques that will help your argument reach those you want to reach effectively. And we help you avoid pitfalls.
Campaign training
A good campaign depends on a realistic and concrete plan. We share tools, tips and tricks with you to help you draw up such plans.
Insight into our projects
Impulse Academy
The Impuls Academy offers continuing education for politically active individuals: one-week intensive courses led by experienced trainers for anyone who wants to deepen their skills and methods. Participants expand their personal repertoire and receive support in applying this knowledge within their organizations. An inspiring week filled with new insights and networking across movements and countries.
Together with our partner organization Humus We organized the first Impuls Academy in 2024. Two more editions followed in 2025 and 2026; to date, a total of over 150 people from numerous organizations in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland have participated in the Impuls Academy.
The fourth Impuls Academy will take place in Carinthia from April 4 to 10, 2027.
From Streets to Seats
Our democracy is under pressure. Many people do not feel politically represented and trust in institutions is declining. At the same time, many people involved in social movements are often unable to find their way into party politics. "From Streets to Seats" aims to help close this gap. Our program with workshops and mentoring accompanies activists on their way into political decision-making spaces while maintaining their civil society roots.
Supported by a grant from the Better Politics Fund.
Strategy conferences for the climate and environmental movement
In spring 2026, we organized a strategy conference for the climate and environmental movement in Austria for the second time together with partners. As with the first edition, around one hundred representatives from dozens of organizations accepted the invitation.
The focus was on exchange, networking and the development of joint strategies in the face of rapidly changing social and political conditions.
In the Austrian super election year 2024, we already accompanied numerous organizations of the Austrian climate movement in their strategic exchange.
Courageous Scientists Award
They conduct research, they challenge the status quo, and they take great risks. The Courageous Scientists Award honors people on four continents who, with great courage, translate their knowledge into concrete action and fearlessly advocate for justice in the face of the escalating climate and environmental crisis. On behalf of the Forum for Eco-Social Transformations, we support the project through outreach and community building, oversee the communications strategy and its implementation—including press relations, social media, and promotion of the awards ceremony—and contribute to the project’s further development.
Narrative process: overturning tax privileges
Inequality and extreme wealth are among the biggest problems for society, democracy and our planet. For years, the organizations taxmenow, Netzwerk Steuergerechtigkeit and Finanzwende e.V. have therefore been fighting against unjust tax privileges that continue to fuel these problems. In 2025, we supported them in renewing their narratives and making them more unified as an alliance.
Stay Grounded strategy conference
The international Stay Grounded network held its major strategy conference in Barcelona in July 2025 under the title"Beyond Aviation, Tourism and Capitalism".
We supported this by co-facilitating a narrative and vision process as well as a workshop on the strategies of the organizations and movements represented.
Workshops and further training
We offer further education, training and consulting for political groups, activists, non-profit organizations and institutions - always individually tailored to your needs and resources.
We have already held workshops for hundreds of activists from dozens of organizations, including Tipping Points, Fridays for Future Austria, the Academy for Social & Ecological Transformation, Central European University, Markt der Zukunft Graz, Linke Medienakademie, Climate Action South Tyrol, Generation Earth, and Klimacamp near Vienna. and many others.
Rooms & Resources
With our office in Vienna, we are creating a shared space for civil society initiatives. We are currently sharing our coworking space with Fridays for Future Austria and the online medium mosaic.
We also regularly make our premises and technical infrastructure available to other initiatives.
